We arrived at at one of the new natural 7 wonders of the world and the picture below was our first impression. Truly amazed, we started our adventure in none other than Halong bay in Vietnam.

Halong bay was interesting because there was so many green limestone mountains that looked like that they were floating in the water. We spent 1 night in a boat (it was really nice even though my dad got claustrophobic).

The boat did two excursions. The first one, we went into the most boring and commercialized cave(It had a flat screen TV and trash cans) and then went on a boat ride through a smelly fishing village. Our boat driver was soooo slow in rowing and the sun was scorching.
Can you see us in her glasses??
In the second excursion, we went up a lot of stairs to find a view that wasn't worth it and then went in a small beach with stinging jellyfish. It was beautiful, but hot, touristy, and miserable.

We saw the sunset and I took the most beautiful pictures not to brag. We had a mocktail called the Halong Sunset while watching the sunset.
