Today, we did a huge Melbourne food hunt and there was no better way to start it than the Queen Victoria Market. This market was absolutley amazing with Australian produce, restaurants, and everything you could ever want when it comes to food. On the timeout website, this was rated the number 1 thing to do in Melbourne and here is why:

The hot-jam doughnuts, which are specific o Melbourne are fantastic. I can't even begin to explain how delicious these fried treats with hot jam and sugar all over. MMMMMMMM!! And they are freshly made too. The process of making them was also interesting. This little food truck is probably the best place to get hot jam doughnuts!

Supposedly the best croissants in the world, we walked a whole three kilometers to get to Lunes! The intricate flavors were sold out, but there were plenty plain croissants. They were delish. Flaky and buttery. MMmmm.... Ha ha, France!

We also went to this place called hardware lane. This has an amazing selection of food. We had amazing pitas at an Israeli restaurant.
