A few days ago we did a cooking class. I know you are thinking "ANOTHER Cooking class??!" Today we are going to do the same exact same post about the old same food we did with Ketut!Yay!!!!! J.K!!!!!!!!!!! But Ketut is so funny Nobody can be him sooo if Ketut was teaching this cooking class it would be way more fun!

This time we made spring Rolls . they were easy to make because you just cut the veggies up and roll them in wet rice paper.
this was a cool class because it was just us and it was completely vegetarian.
these are the tools we used .

Here, we made a green mango salad. The salad was so big that I didn't taste the mangoes.
We also made an amok, which is a signature Cambodian dish(like a curry). Below, we are smashing veggies to make an awesome spice. It is the first time we used fresh turmeric!

To finish this post, here is a video of the circus that we went to. It was sooo awesome!

On the most recent post, likely Siri, corrected Kirin to Kiran. I’m sure he rolled his eyes 👀 and is saying likely explanation! 😂
I think you needed more mangos in that salad 🥗 if you just tasted salad. I also think these spring rolls and that curry 🍛 dish can be incorporated into future chopped challenges for each of you.
Not everyone can be funny Ketut!! 😂 Does he like chocolate. 🍫 Code word...
You must be in Hanoi leaving for Halong Bay. Did you go to the puppet show? Make sure to kayak in Halong Bay and watch for the jellies. So beautiful....
Last thought...since when is fire 🔥 throwing a circus?
